About Golding Barn Estates

The Golding Barn Estate is situated in a natural valley adjoining the beautiful South Downs National Park. The estate was established in 1980 from farm buildings. 

 

The buildings and facilities have been constantly improved since that time by the management team. The estate is currently managed by brothers Steve and Daniel Beamish.

 

Golding Barn Industrial Estate can offer a range of units which may be used for a workshop, storage or office. The floor area of the units vary from 250sq ft to 2500 sq ft.

 

There is currently an excellent on-site cafe facility.
